Strategy packs on Tuned allow you to run multiple strategies on one allocation of funds. On top of this, you can decide to rebalance profits made by one strategy to the other strategies inside your pack.
How many strategies are required for a 'strategy pack'?
You can already create a pack with a single strategy. For instance, you can run your strategy with different take profit targets, different stop losses, different leverages, and get better money management this way.
How do I set up a strategy pack?
To set up a strategy pack, click on the + sign just below the chart to the right and click on the strategy pack.
As soon as you click on the strategy pack, it gives you an option to select from a list of simulations you have in your experiments tab.
You can click on multiple simulations, which you think should be there inside your pack. Once you select the simulations they are visible in a window where you can give a weightage to each strategy as to how much allocation will be used by each.
You also have an option to turn on or off Smart Rebalancing which helps rebalance profits made by one strategy to the other strategies inside your pack. You have an option to change the name of your pack (By default we give it a random name), select the exchange, trading pair, allocation, backtest start and end date, and other metrics, and click on Create Strategy Pack to finally backtest your strategy pack. Once you do it, you get your strategy pack inside your experiments tab. Now, you are ready to put your pack live, backtest it on different timeframes or paper trade.
Is there a minimum amount I need to allocate to a pack?
As a strategy creator you can add as many simulations as you want to a pack. We need to make note that exchanges might demand a minimum order size, so if you make a pack out of a lot of strategies, your allocation needs to be accordingly. For margin exchanges a rule of thumb can be a minimum of 50 USD per strategy inside a pack. For Binance's spot market we refer to the Binance documentation as the minimum order amount differs highly per pair.
