The allocation fee is based on a percent of a subscriber's total allocation to a syndication. This fee is set by the creator, at a maximum of 10%. This fee is charged at the end of each billing cycle.
How is the allocation fee calculated?
Suppose, you have invested $1,000 in a syndication, with an allocation fee of 5%. At the end of your billing cycle, you can expect to pay about* $50 (5% of $1,000). Your next invoice, for the following month, will be generated the same day. Meaning that if you first invoice was created on June 10, your next invoice will be created on July 10.
*A small detail worth noting: the allocation fee is actually calculated based on the average allocation over the most recent billing period.
