To start with, you will need to have a strategy. If you don't have a strategy yet or do not know how to create one, then I would advise reading this article first.
Once you have successfully created one or two strategies, you will need to create a 'Backtest'
To do this you will need to be in the 'Experiments' menu as shown in the picture below.
Once you are in the 'Experiments' tab workflow, you will need to click the '+'.
Once you have clicked that, you will see a drop-down menu appear.
Click on 'Simulation'
Once you have clicked on 'Simulation', a menu will appear on the right-hand side of your screen.
Make sure to select the 'Backtest' at the top of the menu.
Once you have done this, you will be able to select the strategy from the 'Strategy' menu and fill in all the details and parameters you desire.
Once you have filled in the desired parameters, click the big blue 'Run Backtest' button at the bottom right.
After doing so you should automatically get redirected back to your 'Experiments' tab, and in that list, you will find your newly created 'Backtest' script.
Now let's put a price tag on it!
Hover your cursor over the strategy you wish to monetize. 3 little dots should appear.
Click the 3 dots to open the options menu.
From here select 'Create Strategy Pack'
Once you have clicked that, a new menu will appear on the right-hand side of your screen.
This time, be sure to select 'Paper Trade'
Give the Strategy Pack a name, Or keep the default one, I'll let you decide!
Choose an 'Allocation' to run the paper trade on.
NOTE:- It is very important here to choose an Allocation that will not end up failing due to lack of funds, so be generous. It entirely depends on the minimum order size of the exchange.
Once you have given an Allocation to the Strategy Pack, Click the big button on the bottom-right of the menu 'Create Strategy Pack'.
You will yet again be redirected to your 'Experiments' tab. Here you should find the newly created Strategy Pack.
Hover your cursor over the Strategy Pack, click the 3 little dots, and select 'Monetize (Beta)'
After clicking 'Monetize (Beta)' another menu on the right-hand side will appear.
Give it a name and write a description.
Give it a 'Total Available Allocation'
This is the maximum amount of allocation that can be allocated across all of your subscribers.
Give it a 'Min Allocation'
This is the smallest allocation a single subscriber can apply to your Strategy Syndication.
You can give it a 'Monthly Fee' by checking the box, or if not... Leave it unchecked.
This will be the price your subscriber pays monthly for the use of your Syndication.
You can also apply an 'Allocation Fee'
This is a fee-based on what the subscriber has allocated to the strategy.
After you have decided what you wish to charge for your strategies, you just have one last step to take to launch your Strategy live for the public to see and subscribe to.
You guess it! 'Start Syndication' is the big green button on the bottom-right of the screen.
Once you have clicked it, you will be automatically redirected to the 'Monetize' tab in the workflow.
Congratulations! You have now created your first Monetized Syndication!
